Note: (Medical):James was mentally handicapped, with many physical problems, as well. His reasoning was somewhat limited, but he had a very good vocabulary, and could carry on a conversation. He was a very loving person, and was not violent in any way. His favorite activites involved watching sports on television, anything to do with trains, and baseball cars. His favorite sports team was the Atlanta Braves baseball team. He loved to travel, and he travelled to most of the states in the US with his family. He also took a trip with his mother to England in the early 1990's.
