On 2 Jun 1826 he deeded to George Hoadley of New Haven, CT his title to land once belonging to his grandmother Lydia, and his father.
Then 10 Oct 1828 Merick Linsley of Euclid, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio gave a deed to Wyllis Todd of Branford and on 14 Apr 1830 Merick Linsley, Lucy Linsley, and Olive Taintor all of Euclid, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, to Samuel Foot of Branford 15 acres located in Northford.
He was evidently located in Ohio in 1828 and perhaps earlier, and no further record is known.
