  Mr. Albert Justice, sixty years
 old who lives with two of his small
 children and a grandchild on the
 W. H. Kitts land just below town
 was run over Saturday as he was
 turning from the highway into the
 lane that led to his home by the
 driver of a Lincoln Dry Cleaning
 establishment of Huntington, the
 driver picked him up and took him
 to the hospital in Huntington, they
 claim he never regained consciouss[ness]
 and died Monday Night. His brother
 Dr. James Justice of Logan arrived
 to look after the remains. He
 left five children, two sisters and [three]
 brother[s]. [The] Funeral was held at Logan, W. Va. on Wednesday.
