  Funeral services for Frank Marcelino, 63, native os Saline county, who died Sunday Afternoon, were held at the home of his son, Robert Marcelino, north of Crete, Wednesday, Nov. 30th, at 2 pm. Rev. B. A. Filipi of Clarkson officiated. The song service was furnised by a mixed qauartet, Mrs. Ed Plouzek, Mrs. J. J. Elias, Miss Emma Nedela, Mrs. George Kersenbrock, with Mrs. John Weiss, piano accompaniment. Interment was made in the Crete Riverside cemetery. Pallbearers were John Pesks of Ravenna, Wm. Weidner, Frank J. Kobes, Ed Journey, Jerry Bouska, and John Nespory.
  Frank Marcelino was born in Saline county, February 14, 1875, and passed away Movember 27 1938, at Lincoln, Nebraska, at a hospital, after an operation, at the age of 63 years, 9 months, and 13 days.
  He attend a country school when a small boy and later Crete School. We he grew up, he helped his father with the farm work.
  He was married to Miss Josephine Prochaska, February 26, 1900, and they started to farm a mile norht of Crete. They lived here until 1936, when they moved to a farm near Friend, 14 miles west of Crete.
  He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, one son, Robert, and five daughters: Mrs. Gertrude Valenta, Mrs. Helen Hejl, Mrs. Iola Nohavec, and Marie and Pauline Marcelino.
  There are also seven grandchildren, one brother, Joseph, and three sisters, Mrs. Anton Horky, Mrs. Charles Aron, and Mrs. C. M. Tobiska and other relatives and friends who mounr the possing of a good friend and neighbor.
