She was a member of the Centerville Seventh-Day Adventist Church and Waynesville Garden Club. Survived by daughter and son-in-law Jerry and Sue Parks of Waynesville, son, Richard T. Barker, Jr. of Riverside, CA; 3 grandchildren, Jerry Allen Parks, Jeffrey Thomas Parks and Karen Sue Parks; brothers, W.A. Higgins of Hendersonvillle, NC, E. B. Higgins of Parkersburg, WV, Alvard Higgins of Texas, 2 sisters, Rhea Goodacre of Belpre, OH and Kathleen Wandersee of Toledo, OH. Services 10a.m. Monday, Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville, OH with Pastor Gerry Fisher officiating, interment Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, Toledo with grave side services at 3 p.m. Monday.
