b.	Note: BI2523 Note: Residence at birth was Goldsmiths Lane, Wallingford. The birth was registered by his father, William, on 3 Jun 1891. At the time of birth, Wallingford was in the united counties of Berks & Oxford.
c.	Note: DI2523 Note: He was alive in Sep 1946 when his daughter left England for Canada. After being in Canada for only one year, she returned to England for an extended stay of 3 months or so. Believe part of the reason may have been his failing health and eventual death. He was dead by 1950.
