A Home-Demonstration agent for the Oklahoma Extension Service untilshe married the county agent Thomas B. Morris. Lived in Hobart,Oklahoma. Buried in Rose Cemetery, Hobart, Oklahoma.
In 1987 her land is still being farmed by her grand-nephew TheodoreLeon "Ted" Fariss.
Annie Fariss Ballard says that Cata's mother Aunt Laura Ann MedlinFariss visited in Giddings once when Annie was a child. She had "kindof reddish hair." On another occasion, Ira Milton Sr. 1895, Cata 1897,and Elmer Jack 1902 visited in Giddings all together.
Cata is buried in Hobart Rose Cemetery, Hobart, Oklahoma.
