  Kings County - Moving Boundaries - The parish of Kars listed as being formed from Kingston, once contained many of the families listed in Springfield Parish on the 1851 census. The lines betwen parishes often were not clearly defined. Also, Anglican Church records for these people were at Kingston from 1812 - 1842, at Norton 1842 - 1847 (none from 1847 - 1863) and are at the [local] church from 1863 to the present.
