LEGGETT.-Suddenly, on Monday, June 14, 1909, at the residence of her brother-in-law, Elbert A. Briggs, No. 1 Edgewood Park, New Rochelle, N. Y., EMILIE S., daughter of the late John W. Leggett. Funeral services on Thursday, at three P. M. Train leaves Grand Central Station at 2:04 P. M. Carriages will meet friends at station.

Charles F. Porter, being duly sworn deposes and says that Emilie S. Leggett who died on the 14th day of June, One thousand nine hundred and nine was the daughter of one John W. Leggett: that the said John W. Leggett was the son of one William H. Leggett: that the remains of both William H. Leggett and John W. Leggett are interred in Lot #522 - 523, Section 9 in The Woodlawn Cemetery: that it is desired to have the remains of the said Emilie S. Leggett interred in the above mentioned Lot.
