Continued: Birth date is given as 2 March 1893 on stone in the William M. Allen Plot, Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, N.Y., which Plot is immediately behind the William H. Leggett Plot (Lots 522 and 523, Section 9 Spring Hill Section, Magnolia Drive) near the Cemetery office at the Webster Avenue gate in the extreme northeast corner of the grounds.
But the 1900 Census says March 1891. Would tend to believe the Census, as she fits better in the birth dates of her siblings. Probably lied about her age in later years.
Caroline MacDougall says Gladys lived a somewhat dissipated life, caused her mother Alice much grief, was divorced from Donald Graham, never had any children, died early.
