Note: 100e-g7Le16 Willis7 Leggett born ca 1872
Willis is not listed in the 1880 Census; his parents, Isaac (farm laborer) and Martha (keeping house), are listed as living alone, leading one to believe Willis died before June, 1880.
Given the information received from Mary LeBlanc in August 2004, I am wondering if Willis ever existed. His mother would have been 47 when he was born, not impossible, but pushing it.
