R. Leggett Died at Work William Ralph Leggett, 58, of 111 White, manager of Roxy Cleaners and Dyers, 356 Broadway, died suddenly in the store Saturday at 2:55 pm. Apparently collapsing from a heart attack, he was found on the floor by Edward Seaman, Grand Ave., who called police. Patrolman John Roche found him dead when he arrived. Mr. Leggett was born in Saratoga Springs Feb. 2, 1898, the son of Mrs. Grace Butcher Leggett and the late Charles H. Leggett He was a member of the First Methodist Church and a graduate of Saratoga Springs High School, where he was an outstanding athlete. He attended Albany Business College. Survivors in addition to his mother include a daughter Mrs. Joseph E. Linden, Rockville Center, L.I.; two grandchildren, Mary Eileen and Daniel William Linden, Rockville Center; a sister, Miss Louise Leggett, Saratoga Springs, and a nephew, Leonard Brightman, Stratford, Conn. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 11 am. at the Bussing Funeral Home. The Rev. Howard L. Stimmel, Methodist pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Greenridge Cemetery. Leggett The funeral of William Ralph Leggett, who died unexpectedly Saturday at the Roxy Cleaners, of which he was the manager, was held at 11 a.m. today at the Bussing Funeral Home. The Rev. Howard L. Stimmel, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiated. Burial was in Greenridge Cemetery. Bearers were Gerald M. Johnson, David W. Burke, Samuel J. Dunn, Alfred S. Pepper, Albert J. Smith and Philip H.
