Following is the information provided in her father's (1. Gabriel1 Leggett) listing, p. 27:
5 iv. Mary, b. ------; d. ------; was living April 2, 1705, as shown by a deed of gift from her mother, Elizabeth, on that date, and was probably dead before Sept 7, 1707, as she is not mentioned in the will of her brother Thomas, written on that date.

This is shown by a deed of gift from her mother, Elizabeth, on that date, (Apr 2, 1705) and was probably dead before September 7, 1707, as she is not mentioned in the will of her brother Thomas3-g2Le1 written on that date.
ß In Westchester Patriarchs, A Genealogical Dictionary of Westchester Co., N.Y., Families Prior to 1755, Martha and Mary are listed as one in the same. This is the only place that I have found this situation. Therefore, I question its accuracy; in short; the names and dates are correct but their placement is wrong.
