The 1850 U. S. Census does not list Julia. Listed are Oscar, 5, and "Loisa", 3.
But she is apparently found in the 1900 Census, a widow, born in New York in Sept 1847, with her daughters Deborah and Hattie, two of her three children (Raymond presumably being the third, old enough to have moved out by then:

Louisa7 is not mentioned in the obituary of her brother, Oscar138-g7Le7.
The 1850 U. S. Census lists "Loisa" as 3 years old:
