Note: N7 1. When he was a boy he lived at 11, Bridport Terrace, Dorchester.
2. His father died in an accident by falling from the top of a hay wagon
at harvest time when he (Alfred Morgan) was nine years old.
3. His address at the time of his marriage was 97, Green Street, Forest
Gate, London, E7.
4. For a while he and his family lived in Riversdale Road, Streatham,
London, SW16 before moving to Catford.
5. Most of his married life he and his wife lived at 40, Culverley Road,
Catford, London, S.E.6.
6. He had a relative, possibly an aunt, who lived at 8, Bridport Terrace,
Dorchester. Kelly's Directory of 1885 lists a Miss Morgan living there.
She is recorded in other directories as living there until the early
1900's. It is thought she was Aunt Alice.
10. Listed on 1901 Census as Butler (Domestic) at 59 Maison Dieu, Richmond Yorkshire, the home of Hon. Robert & Lady Evelyn James.
