"As you see: Engebretsdatter, and not Ingelsdatter/Ingulsdatter In the sexton's register they all go by the names of Ingelbrigtsen/-datter. All these three names obviously were used as one and the same name. This is of course importan t to know when one searches for Anne in the computerized 1801 census.
"In the light of the above godparents' names, we can take it that Lars' mother had siblings by the names of Anders, Ole, Inge, Magnild, Berthe, Nils Lars.
