A primary source of information for this family came from a bible originally belonging to William Wiatt (1752-1800), and wife, Catherine Julian (1756-1792), of Fredericksburg, Virginia. It appears that this bible was handed down to his son, Francis Julian Wiatt (who married Elizabeth Winslow Parker in 1811).
The family record section of this bible was transcribed by E. Carter Delano in March 1928, and a copy was given to Dr. Lyon G. Tyler for publication in Tyler’s quarterly historical and genealogical magazine. At the time, Mr Delano was the Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court for Richmond County, Virginia.
For the most part, I have used this transcription verbatim. There have been a few occasions where I have made a minor correction or addition for clarity.
As I mentioned, the transcription was published in Tyler's Quarterly Historical and Genealogical Magazine. Issues of Tyler's Quarterly Historical and Genealogical Magazine can be found today, consolidated in large volumes.
Volume 1, which contains the transcription of William Wiatt's bible, can be found at Google Books using this link: https://books.google.com/books?id=55I38FXWyPgC&pg
The applicable section is titled “Bible Records of William Wiatt and his son Francis Julian Wiatt”, and that begins on page 466.

  – William Edgar Wyatt Jr.

Elizabeth Wiatt was born on 30 August 1824 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. She was the 7th child (of 13) of Elizabeth Winslow Parker & Francis Julian Wiatt.
The Julian Wiatt bible states (with some minor editing):
Elizabeth Wiatt, seventh child, born Monday 30th August 1824, at my House in Spotsa. Cty. on N. fork oi N. anna River) about 1/4 past 5 oClock P.M.
[I think this says: 'at my house in Spotsylvania County, Va on the North fork of the North Anna River, about 1/4 past 5 oClock P.M.' - and I think the house & property was named 'Aspen/Aspin Hill'].
Elizabeth Wiatt Baptized by the Revd. Edward C. McGuire on the evening of Friday the 26th, August 1825, just preceding Prayer Meeting (at my House in the presence of the Congregation).
  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Born at Aspen Hill / Aspin Hill on the North Fork of the North Anna River at present-day Lake Anna, Virginia.
  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Allen Wiatt Garland, a descendant of Sarah Wiatt (born 1822) & Samuel Lyell, and the historian for this branch of the Julian Wiatts, has a collection of bible records and other family documents.
According to him, there was an Elizabeth Wiatt Shuman that died 22 August 1893 in DeSoto, Mo, (Jefferson County), at 67 years of age. 67 years suggest that Elizabeth was born about 1825/1826.
The Julian Wiatt Bible lists an Elizabeth Wiatt, 7th child of Francis Julian Wiatt, born on 30 August 1824.
Searching records at Ancestry.com and FamilySearch.org, I did find a marriage between an Elizabeth Wiatt & Francis Sherman on 4 Apr 1864 in Jefferson County, Missouri.
I suspect that the three Elizabeth Wiatts mentioned above are all the same person.
