a. Note:   In 1900 Barbara is living in the same block of Second Street, Moundsville as two cousins John Wesley Shimp and Thomas Shimp. Barbara's unmarried brother Henry Biles, age 55, is living next to her in Moundsville in 1910.

 ÙC/bÙDMrs. Barbara Etta Weekly died at the home at 217 Court avenue, Wednesday evening at 5:50 o'clock, in her 82ÙCsupÙDndÙC/supÙD year. Mrs. Weekly was the widow of the late James A. Weekly a veteran of the Civil War, whose death occurred thirty three years ago She is survived by three sons, James Weekly of Benwood, Charles Weekly of Moundsville, Jesse Weekly of Benwood; seven daughters, Mrs. Isaac ÙCiÙD(Isa Dora)ÙC/iÙD Snedeker of Fairview, Mrs. Anne Shipley of Moundsville, Mrs. Mamie Peters of Morgantown, Mrs. Cora Burkett of Moundsville, Mrs. J. R. Kimberley of Moundsville, Mrs. Lawrence Alley of Salem and Mrs. Lameta Daugherty of Reading, Pa., one brother Henry Biles of Moundsville; sixty nine grandchildren and sixty great-grandchildren.
 Mrs. Weekly was born in Belmont county, Ohio, but has been a resident of Moundsville for seventy years. She was a member of the Baptist church.
 The body will be removed from the Grisell funeral home to the house of a daughter Mrs. J. R. Kimberley at 713 Second street from where funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, in charge of Rev. W. C. Harold of the Baptist church, internment in Mt. Rose Cemetery.
