Weekly Taken by Death ÙC/bÙDJames F. Weekly died at 1:45 O'clock this morning at his home at Twenty-second and Marshal in McMechen. He had been in ill health for fifteen months and critically ill for two weeks. He was born April 4, 1872 in Belmont county, Ohio. He moved to Moundsville when a child and to McMechen thirty-five years ago. He was a retired miner and a member of the First Church of God, McMechen. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Doty Weekly; five sons, Carl and Frank, at home; John, of Bridgeport, Ohio; Marion of Glendale; and Charles of McMechen; two daughters, Mrs. Francis Timlin of Wheeling; and Miss Margaret Weekly at home; six sisters, Mrs. Lawrence Alley of St. Marys, Mrs. Rody ÙCiÙD(Rodney) ÙC/iÙDKimberly, Mrs. Anna Shipley and Mrs. Cora Burkett of Moundsville; Mrs. George Daugherty of New Philadelphia, Pa. and Mrs Mary Teeters ÙCiÙD(Peters)ÙC/iÙD of Paden City; two brothers, Charles of Moundsville and Jesse of Columbus, Ohio; 15 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The body was removed to the Trevy Funeral home in McMechen pending funeral arrangements.
