a. Note:   Thomas Henry remembered that his mother and step mother were cousins. It turns out they were Aunt and Neice with an age difference of almost 5 years.
 Thomas Henry is not listed with the family in 1900 when he was 3 years old and could not be found in census records of that year.
 In 1920 Thomas, Martha and Fannie are living with his sister Julia and Lucius Crenshaw.
