Note: 1880 census gives name "Jas W". There is a James Ramsey in the 1900 census, Walker Creek District , Giles Co., VA. Born May 1970 Colored wih a colored wife and family, including a brother Robert born March 1879. Thus with a brother he cannot be the son of Elizabeth Ramsey. I was not able to locate another James.
