a. Note:   Susannah, in the 1880 Wolfe Co. census, is listed as the aunt of Dorcas (Ponder) Kelly. (Listed as Darkis.) William Robert's relationship as brother of John Roberts (b. 1791) is based on the above relationship. Lydia Ponder is the sister of Dorcas' father John Ponder. Thus William Bailey Roberts is Dorcas' Uncle. Loosely speaking his brothers or sisters could be called uncles or aunts, making John and Susannah Roberts Dorcas' uncle and aunt.
  Haddix, where Susannah is reported to have been born, is located in Breathitt Co. on Troublesome Creek. Breathitt Co. was formed in 1839. It is east of Owsley Co. where her family also lived and north of Perry Co.
  Susannah, her sister, Nancy Campbell Honeycutt, and her daughter, Nancy Louise all went blind. Susannah's death in Wolfe Co. assumes she did not move again after the 1880 census.
