a. Note:   Mona Bond reported that Lydia was half Indian. I think the 1850 census for Woodside in Ritchie Co. puts this in doubt, or at least it may be an earlier generation making the percentage less. May had a brother J. P., the uncle they were living with in the 1880 census.
