 Andrew Allen, killed in battle, July 16th, 1863, Breathitt Co., Ky. Buried there (? where);
 Ira Allen, Missing and presumed dead at the Battle of Cynthiana, Ky. and presumed buried in a mass grave at that site;
 Irvin(e) Allen, b.1841, Killed by home guards in 1865 near mouth of Drowning Creek in Estill Co.Ky., while returning home from the war. (he was md. to Eliz.Noble, d/o Losson and Marg."Peggy" Noble. Losson was s/o Nathan Noble and Virg. Neace;
 John Allen, b.1840, never married. Captured at Gladeville (Wise Co.) Va. on July 7, 1863 and had prisoner of war records; highest rank, Private; Died, he was killed by home guards in 1865 at mouth of Drowning Creek in Estill Co., Ky, while returning home from the war.
