 ÙCbÙDDEATH RESULTS FROM INJURY
 ÙC/bÙD Henry M. Lyons, who was struck on the head by a brick falling from a stove at the Ironton Iron company plant Monday morning, died at the Deaconess hospital Tuesday evening, There having been no hopes for his recovery from the first.
 The remains were removed to the Bingaman and Jones undertaking establishment, where they were prepared for burial. The body will be removed to the grief stricken home on Adams Street between Third and Fourth this morning.
 Mr. Lyons, who was a highly respected, honorable man, well liked by his every acquaintance, was born in Ashland 51 years ago, and when a young man was united in marriage to Miss Kate Alley, of that city, and to them four children were born. Mrs. Laura Gillingham and Sallie, now of Wheeling, W. Va. and Malcomb and Merle at home.
 Mr. Lyons and family moved here from Ashland four years ago last May. For many years the deceased was employed as an insurance agent, but at the time of the distressing accident which resulted in his death he was employed with Lamond and Son who have the contract for putting the new stove at the Ironton Iron company's furnace.
 Mrs. Nancy Lyons of Ashland, the aged mother, survives, as does also four brothers and one sister. Frank and Chas. Lyons of this city, John of Shelby, Ohio, and Mrs. J. H. Kelly of Ashland.
 The arrangements for the funeral will be announced later.

 The funeral services over Henry Lyons, who met such a tragic death at Ironton Iron plant, were held Friday at Ashland, where interment also occurred.
