  Obituary of Naomi Elizabeth Chatham:
 Mrs. Naomi Elizabeth Chatham, daughter of Hamilton and Sarah Dickerson Eshom, was born June 11, 1861 at Salisbury, Maryland and passed away at her home near Harveyville October 20, 1955, having attained the age of 94 years, 4 months and 9 days.
 She came to Kansas as a young lady and has lived in the Harveyville community for the past 38 years.
 She was a Christian since she was 14 years old. On March 21, 1883 Naomi Eshom was united in marriage to L.J. Chatham at Oskaloosa, Kansas. To this union 11 children were born. She is preceded in death by her husband and two sons. Mrs. Chatham is survived by 5 sons, Roy of Topeka, Fred of Springfield, Colo., Floyd of Post, Texas, Ralph of Harveyville and Melvin of Burlingame; 4 daughter, Mrs. Dora Erhart of Scranton, Mrs. Clara Russum of Meriden, Miss Stella Chatham of the home and Mrs. Mary Frost of Topeka; 47 grand-children and 69 great grandchildren and a number of other relatives and a host of friends.
 Funeral services were held at two-thirty o'clock Sunday afternoon, October 23, at the Harveyville Church of Christ with Bro. Wyatt Kirk officiating.
 A quartet compose of Betty Merryman, Pauline Kirk, John Merryman and Deen Kirk sang, "We'll Never Say Good bye," and "God Be With You". The casket bearers were Clarence Baxter, Linton Riggin, Asa Gookins, Glenn Lyddane, Walter Bower and Edd Davis. Interment was in the Harveyville cemetery.
 The Austin Funeral Home of Eskridge was in charge of the arrangements.
