 Although Anton's name and birthdate are on the shared tombstone, there is no date of death nor record of his death in the Sacred heart church records nor newspaper notice. He was not found on the 1892 NY State census nor 1900 federal census.
  --he's not in the census because he died in 1875 after Susan passed in 1874
  Family name appears to have changed to Walters at some point among the kids when they reached the US.
