Note: At the time of his marriage to Loris, Bob was aged 23, showing his occupation as a carrier and living at 15 Anglesea St, Bondi, NSW.
After a very long process where he commenced divorce proceedings with Loris (4040 of 1947) and not being able to find her his divorce to Loris was finally dissolved 22 Feb 1951 List No: 1619 of 1951. Two months later he married my mother Caroline Ann Painting (nee Cooper).
The Decree Nisi was pronounced 26 Sep 1949 and expired 26 March 1950 due to lack of finds to pay solicitors fees etc to persue the whereabouts of Loris. A coram and further instigation in 11 January 1951 enabled to divorce to finally becoming absolute 22 Feb 1951 - a very long process compared to the time frame now eg 2016.
