It has previously been said his middle name was Persby, but he is listed in the 1880 census as Theo. W., his marriage record has him as Theo. W. & his burial record has him as T. W. I also believe his middle name was Waites instead of Waters because his father's uncle, David Waites McJunkin, died almost 6 months before Roy was born.

It was previously thought he died 1905 in Troup Co., GA, but Forest Hill Cemetery in Birmingham, AL has him listed as T.W. McJunkin, buried 11/19/1903. His oldest son Loyd Wesley is also buried in Forest Hill, but in the next section over.
