She talked of going to school in a sleigh inthe winter, and being taught by her oldest sister, her firstschool teacher. She loved sugaring at her cousin Joe's farm.Came to Akron in 1909. Worked at B. F. Goodrich as an inspectorin the "O"ring department. Lived at 885 St. Clair St. with herfamily and later my Grandfather until 1966, when she and Grandpamoved to Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
