Note: Ben was crippled at the age of 19 after being put in a body castfor severe pain from Rhumatoid Arthritis, which he had sufferedwith since it was aggrivated during the rains that spawned theGreat Johnstown Flood of 1889. He was beaten by a robber on 10Aug 1949 at his Jewlers Shop in Akron. He died 17 Aug 1949.
