1916: Fort Wayne [Indiana] News-Sentinel, Obituary of Margaret S. Morris, (April 2, 1924, p21), "Mrs. Margaret S. Morris, aged 71, died at 5:55 o'clock this morning at the hom of her son, Frank W. Morris, 123 East Creighton avenue. She had been in failing health since last November and had been seriously ill of paralysis for the last 10 days. Mrs. Morris was born in Louisville, O., and came to this city when three years of age. She was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist.
"Her husband, Edward J. Morris, died eight years ago. Surviving are three sons, Thomas J. of Decatur, Ill.; Edward L. and Frank W., of this city; two daughters, Mrs. Amelia DeWitt and Mrs. Mary Kuyoth, both of this city; 13 grandchildren; her mother, Mrs. Louise Sordlet, of this city; one half-brother, August, and on half-sister, Ella Sordlet, both of this city, and one brother and five sisters, living in Canton, O."
