Note: The baby boy miscarried about the summer of 1949. Marie Morris Noel: After Aunt Florence (Luebbenjans Morris) miscarried, uncle Joe knew the rector at the cemetery. So, he got a box from the director of the cemetery, and had the infant son buried at the foot of the grave of Edward Morris, the grandfather of the boy. It would have cost $75.00. Marie recalls that it was the year after she was married, it was warm out (Joseph Sylvester Morris was outside without a jacket, wearing suspenders), and was standing in the yard at DeWald Street. He told his daughter Barb to go inside because he wanted to talk with Marie. That is when he spoke with Marie about burying the baby on the grave of Edward Morris.
