  Funeral services for Willey Ray Tilley, 79, of Castor, LA will be held at 10 A.M. Friday, July 3, 2015 at Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Bolyer officiating and Bro. James Nailes assisting. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 P.M. until 9 P.M. Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the funeral home.
  Mr. Tilley was born May 6, 1936 in Castor, LA and passed away June 30, 2015. Mr. Tilley was a hard working man all of his life who had made many friends. When it came to his family he was dedicated, cherishing his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He had a passion for the outdoors especially hunting and fishing and in his earlier years he loved to coon hunt. Ray was also known for his unique sense of humor. He was loved by many and will be missed by all those who knew him.
  He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Tilley; infant sons, Layne and Wayne Tilley; father, Levit Tilley; mother, Zellie Tilley; two brothers, Johnny Kenneth Tilley and Fred Alton Tilley.
  Mr. Tilley is survived by five daughters, Karen Glover and husband, Jerry of Coushatta, LA, Jeanette Tilley of Castor, LA, Linda Tilley of Martin, LA, Necie Harris and husband, Terry of Ashland, LA, and Kelli Tilley of Castor, LA; two sisters, Ruth James and husband, John of Coushatta, LA and Mary Causey and husband, Lloyd of Bush, LA; eleven grandchildren: Hayley, April, Buddy, James, Sadie, Kati, David Mack, Chris, Mandi, Blake and Jaime; 21 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
  Pallbearers will be Greg Layfield, Kenneth Ray Tilley, Lance Tilley, Chris Harris, Jason Edwards, and Buddy Young. Honorary pallbearers will be David Layfield, James Young, David Mack Miller, and Randall Cloud.
