a. Note:   r & Son with Dr. Joe Kite officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Pineville. Flanagan, 74, of Alexandria died at 4:23 a.m. Wednesday in Rapides General Hospital. He was a retired route supervisor with Cotton Bros. Bakery for 36 years. He was a member of the American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Georgia Stringer Flanagan of Alexandria; one daughter, Faye Vandersypen of Natchitoches; one son, Carl James Flanagan of Elton; one sister, Rubye La-combe of Alexandria; one brother, Clifton Flanagan of Vidor, Texas; and four grandchildren. Friends may call until time of services today in the funeral home.
