Note: e U.S. Army and retired from the Memorial Hospital System. Guy is survived by his loving daughter, Vickie Herold-Cates and husband Mark; granddaughter, Rachel Herold; brother, Bill J. Johnson and wife Judy; and numerous nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 28, 2005, at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, 21723 Aldine-Westfield, Humble, Texas and a funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 29, 2005 in the Chapel of Calvary Hill with interment to follow in the Calvary Hill Cemetery.
