Note: Audrey Paxton White McGee Obituary
A resident of Shreveport, she passed away at 2:10am on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, after a brief battle with cancer. She was 66 years old, retired from the Ascension Parish School Board after 30 years of service and was a Greater Baton Rouge Realtor for 14 years. Visitation will be held at Parkview Baptist Church, 11795 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, LA 70816, from 5:00pm until 9:00pm on Friday, February 13, 2015. Visitation will resume at Parkview Baptist Church at 9:00am and will continue until funeral service at 11:00am on Saturday, February 14, 2015. Interment will be at Oak Lane Memorial Park, 15304 Highway 73, Prairieville, LA 70769. She is survived by her loving husband, Troy McGee and his two daughters, Mandy McGee and Christy Roberts & husband Bobby; father, James Richardson; daughter, Ashley Paxton Duncan; son, Ken Paxton & wife Brandi; sisters, Mary Jeane & husband Craig, Betty Hofstra & husband Bob, and Helen Dunn & husband Preston; brother, David Richardson & wife Kathy; "North Louisiana Sisters," Millie McGee & husband Prentis, Joyce Allen & husband Jerry, Jo McGee & husband Jerome, and Rita Ball; five grandchildren, Cole & Cade Duncan, Kyland Paxton, Nick Landry, and Logan Hue numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Audrey Spillman Richardson; and aunt, Wilhelmina "Cissie" Richardson.
