Note: Ruby Samuel (Butts) - - Born February 26, 1934 in Pettie, Texas.
Went to be with the Lord: October 31, 2018
Baptized at age 16.
Survived by daughter Vicki Copple, and sons Mike Wilhite, Mark Wilhite all from Salem, OR. Sister Barbara Marquis (Butts) and brother B.B. Butts also from Salem, OR.
Ruby has four grandsons and three granddaughters. Three great granddaughters, three great grandsons.
Ruby worked hard all her life for her family. She never put herself first over any one. Her life and love were for her family.
Ruby was loved by all who met her. Neighbor children called her grandma and thought she was the local candy store.
Ruby never had a lot or wanted a lot, but she gave a lot to everyone she knew.
Ruby was the base of our family and will never be for gotten. She will be missed until we meet again.
Ruby rest in peace knowing we will miss you with broken hearts.
