Note: ember 20, 2009 in Arlington. Mr. Haggard was born July 26, 1931 in New Boston, Texas. He was a Protestant, a retired Post Master and a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Yvonne Haggard of Arlington, Texas, a sister in law and her husband, Marlene and T.H. Hill of Mansfield, Texas and a number of other family members and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M, Wednesday, September 23, 2009 in the Bates-Rolf Chapel, New Boston with Bro. Leo Smith officiating. Interment will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bates-Rolf, New Boston. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2009 prior to service.
