Note: s a retired farmer. He was born May 6, 1933 in Arizona to Billy and Ida Strawn Chapman. He was preceded in death by his wife Alice Chapman. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, November 19, 2012 at Macedonia Cemetery in Danville, Arkansas, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home. He is survived by his companion, Thelma Cargile of Ozark; one daughter, Angie Nelms of Ozark; one brother, Louis Chapman of Arizona; two grandchildren. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 W. Commercial in Ozark.
