Note: rnia, she was born to Walter M Chapman and Ida Bell Strawn in Webbers Falls Oklahoma, on 11-3-1936, She married Jimmy David Scott on April 27th 1954. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2004, and a daughter Rhonda Adcox, in 2014, She is survived by her children 4 sons and 2 daughters, Faye Lavon Merritt of Redding Calif, Larry and Cheryl Scott of Hesperia Calif, Gary and Janie Scott of Boulder City Nev., David and Katherine Scott of Redding Calif, Jimmy and Kelly Scott of Milford Utah, and Carol and Mike Graddy of Central Point Oregon, She is the proud grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 27 great grand children, she was the best mother, sister, grandparent, and friend that God could have blessed us with, she has touched the heart of so many, she is dearly missed, we love you mom, go spread your wings with the Angels Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Mountain View Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 11:00-1:30 pm at Southern Utah Mortuary in Beaver, under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
