Note: Mark Chapman DANVILLE Mark Chapman, 51, of Havana died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008, at Chambers Memorial Hospital.
He was born Marach 14, 1957, in Arizona to Richard and Sarah FowlerChapman. He was a poultry farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister-in-law, Faye Chapman.
Survivors include his wife, Charla Chapman; daughters and sons-in-law, April Jones of Bakersfield, Calif., Rebecca and Shawn Cooley of Fowler, Ill., Kristy and Damon Short of Havana, and Amberlee Chapman of the U.S. Coast Guard stationed in Cape May, N.J.; brothers and sister-in-law, Rick Chapman of Danville, and Craig and Lorie Chapman of Belleville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Tom Kearney of Ola and Paula and Rowland Blake of Ola; and two grandsons, Chase and Austin.
Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John McCourt officiating.
Cremation arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home.
