Amma Lee Deese Kirkham, age 89 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away June 9, 2010 at Jackson Parish Hospital in Jonesboro, La. She was born December 20, 1920 in Jonesboro, La. to the late Willie White and the late Julie Ann Neal White. She was also preceded in death by her first husband and father of their three children, Willey Lee Deese; two daughters; Shirley Ann Deese and Carrie Ethel Casper; one son, Timothy Lee Deese; one granddaughter, Katina Michelle Casper ; one great grandson, Derek Kyle Lowe; four brothers, Alvin white, Otis white, Arlee white, and Dewon white. Those left to cherish her memory are one sister, Edna Barton of Winnfield, and one brother, Lavell White of Jonesboro; son-in-law, Paul Casper of Goldonna; grandchildren, Tommy Wayne Lowe and wife Tonya of Winnfield; William Timothy Casper and wife Casey of Olla, Bonnita Kay Casper and significant other, Amanda Gintz of Winnfield, Stacy Lynn Casper Martin and significant other John Grimm of Jonesboro; great-grandchildren, Alex Dewayne Lowe and girlfriend Brittney Droddy, Dayva Danielle Lowe all of Winnfield, Gunnar Casper of Olla, Destiny Phillips and Breanna Lachney of Marksville, Kursten Casper of Winnfield, Alexis Molina, Samantha Molina and Adrianna Molina all of Grants, New Mexico, Katina Martin, Krysten Martin and Trey Martin all of Jonesboro; step great grandchildren, john Patrick Grimm, Brittnie Grimm and Brandy Grimm all of Jonesboro; lifetime friend Russell "Booty" Keith. Ms. Amma was a member of Corinth Baptist Church of Winnfield. Graveside Memorial Service will be announced by the family at a later date. She will be laid to rest in peace at Transport Cemetery in Dodson, with Bro. Donnie Wise officiating. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the family to help pay for the cremation expense. All donations may be sent to her grandson, Tommy Wayne Lowe and family at 111 Faith Drive, Winnfield, La. 71483 or make donations to St. Jude Children's' Research Hospital in Memphis, TN., for Ms. Amma Lee Kirkham in Loving Memory of her great grandson, Derek Kyle Lowe.
