Tommie Lavelle White (April 4, 1930 - April 12, 2011) Tommie Lavelle White, age 81, of Jonesboro passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at his residence. Mr. White was born in Saline, La. He was a mechanic and a member of The Cross Fellowship Church. Mr. White is survived by one sister, Edna Barton of Winnfield, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is also survived by special friend, Russell Keith. Mr. White was preceded in death by his parents, William and Julie Neal White, four brothers and two sisters. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Transport Cemetery in Jonesboro with Rev. Rick Cole officiating.
