John Ronald "Bull" Durham, 69, of Buckeye died Feb. 28, 2013 at his home.
Mr. Durham was born April 8, 1943, in Dallas, Texas to Eva Dale Durham and John Perry.
He moved to Arizona in 1987 and retired as a pump specialist from the state of Arizona after 15 years.
He served 23 years in the Air Force and retired as a master sergeant. He served six combat tours in Vietnam, where he was awarded numerous medals and awards for his combat duties and skills.
Mr. Durham met his wife, Loretta, while serving at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. They were married Dec. 18, 1982.
He is survived by his wife, Loretta; two sons, James and Craig; brother, Richard; and five grandchildren.
A committal service with full military honors will be held March 15 at 11 a.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.
