a. Note:   as the daughter was John W. Stroud & Mary Ann Goode. She first married William Z. Burkham on 24 May 1868 in Hopkins Co, TX. They had one son, Henry. She then married Joshua A. Holder on 10 Oct 1872 in Hopkins Co, TX. They are both buried in the Poor Farm Cemetery. There are no markers and the cemetery was destroyed by the land owner.
