Note: Rosa Andrews Quirk OAKDALE --- Services for Rosa Andrews Quirk were at 2 p.m. Monday in Trinity Baptist Church with the Revs. Payton Bass, Bob Wallace and H. C. Meylian officiating. Burial will be in Palestine Cemetery, Grant, under direction of Ardoin's.
Mrs. Quirk, 86, of Oakdale died at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, May 29, 1993 in Allen Oaks Nursing home.
Survivors include three daughters, Jessie Fontenot, Bonnie Park Mann and Jewel Belvin Milligan, all of Oakdale; one brother, Marcil Wright of Oberlin; three stepsons, Solomon Andrews of Lake Charles, C. D. Quirk of Oakdale and Roland Quirk of Pine Prairie; four step-daughters, Mable C. Fuselier and Dollie B. Fontenot, both of Eunice, Bonnie Mae Stokes of Gulfport, Miss., and Lena Rae Whittington of Florence, Ala.; three grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and a number of step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Gene Fontenot, Ivon Fontenot, Greg Parker, Todd LaCaze, Quirk Vidrine, Joey Andrews and Vernon Fuselier.
