Note: Joseph Philip Lucido SHREVEPORT, LA- Joseph Philip Lucido, 72, of Shreveport, La, born April 3, 1936 in St. Louis, MO, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2008 from a sudden illness.
He was married to his surviving wife, Alice Mize Lucido on May 4, 1985. Preceding him in death were his parents, Philip and Charlotte Lucido and his brothers, Michael and Samuel G. Lucido.
Mr. Lucido worked as a real estate appraiser for thirty-two years in Shreveport. He is survived by his four children, Julie A. Lucido of Mansfield, TX, Joseph A. Lucido of Kansas City, MO, David E. King of Shreveport, La and Douglas S. King of Dubberly, La and his brothers and sisters, Stephen H. Lucido (Marilyn Neff), Angela T. Hilderbrand, Phil Lucido (Frances Callanan), Gina (Rosalie) Lucido, William G. Lucido (Christina Erben) and Charlotte T. Smith (Steven). Joe held a special love for his many nieces and nephews.
Joe was a member of The Lions Club, The Elks Club, Sons of Italy and a former President of Friends of Evergreen. Per Mr Lucido's request, his remains were donated to a medical school.
