Note: illiard Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Buddy Lairson officiating. Burial will be in Union Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Leamons died Monday in Tyler. She was born July 21, 1938 in Van to the late Lewis Freeman Kindle and Opal Albritton Kindle. Mrs. Leamons had lived in Grapeland most of her life, was a member of the First United Methodist Church and worked as a LVN. She was preceded in death by her parents and a stepfather, Hearl Albritton. She is survived by her husband, Wesley Leamons of Grapeland; son, David Leamons of Houston; daughter, Margaret Clapp and husband Arvin of Grapeland; brothers, Freeman Kindle of Van, Lloyd Kindle of Mount Pleasant and Tommy Albritton of Palestine; three grandchildren, Josh Clapp and wife Bridgette of Palestine, Chris Clapp of Grapeland and April Mays of Gladewater; three great-grandchildren, Raven Clapp, Savannah Mays and Jordan Dollar. Pallbearers will be Keith Kindle, Johnny Benton, Dale Welch, Walter Welch, Steve Welch and David Brock. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. from Palestine Herald
