Note: hard Lester "Sam" Cook and Doris Belk Cook on July 5, 1943 in Alto, Texas and graduated from Lufkin High School. Kenneth served his country in the United States Navy and also served in Vietnam. Kenneth loved his family, fishing, golf, gospel music and had a wonderful sense of humor. Kenneth leaves behind his wife of 17 years Peggy Cook; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Larry Arnold of Huntington; brother-in-law, Larry Alien of Tuscan, Ariz.; sons, Richard, Kevin, Joshua, Andy and Chris; daughters, Tammy, Sherri, Laura and Kimberly; as well as 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, friends and other special family. Mr. Cook was a professed Christian and loved the Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents, R.L. and Doris Cook of Huntington, and sister, Martha Ann Alien of Tuscan, Ariz. Kenneth will be buried in a special Honor Guards service in Apopka, Florida on Thursday, May 31. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Salem Missionary Baptist Church building fund, in Huntington. Dove Funeral Chapel, Orlando, Fla., directors.
